Cause: An attempt was made to grant or revoke object
privilege on release 8.0 style queues.

Action: Convert the release 8.0 compatible queue table to
release 8.1 compatible using DBMS_AQADM.MIGRATE_QUEUE_TABLE
before granting or revoking object privilege.
