Cause: An attempt was made to fix corrupt blocks on an
object that has been dropped or truncated since
DBMS_REPAIR.CHECK_OBJECT was run.
Action: Use DBMS_REPAIR.ADMIN_TABLES to purge the repair
table and run DBMS_REPAIR.CHECK_OBJECT to determine whether
there are any corrupt blocks to be fixed.
