Cause: The specified combination of column group, sequence,
conflict type and/or parameter table name, parameter column
name, and parameter sequence number has already been registered.
Action: Verify that additional conflict resolution
information needs to be added and provide a new sequence
number. If modifying existing information, the existing
information must be dropped first.
