Cause: ALTER TABLE RENAME COLUMN/CONSTRAINT operation was
given in conjunction with another ALTER TBALE Operation.
This is not allowed.
Action: Ensure that RENAME COLUMN/CONSTRAINT is the only
operation specified in the ALTER TABLE.
