ORA-22333: cannot reset type "string"."string" due to
invalid dependent types and tables

Cause: An attempt was made to reset the type version with
invalid dependent types and tables.
Action: Use the ALTER TYPE COMPILE statement to compile all
invalid dependent types and use the ALTER TABLE UPGRADE
INCLUDING DATA to upgrade all the dependent tables then
resubmit the statement.
