Cause: An attempt was made to bind data more than 4000 bytes
of data to both LOB and LONG columns in the same insert or
update statement. You can bind more than 4000 bytes of data
to either a LONG column or one or more LOB columns but not both.

Action: Bind more than 4000 bytes of data to either the LONG
column or one or more LOB columns but not both.
