DB_RECOVERY_FILE_DEST_SIZE must be same in all instances.
instance. All databases must have same recovery destination
parameters.

Action: Check DB_RECOVERY_FILE_DEST and
DB_RECOVERY_FILE_DEST_SIZE values in all instances.
