Cause: The checkpoint of the target for this incremental
backup is greater than or equal to the checkpoint of the
file in the incremental backup set. This backup cannot
advance the checkpoint of the target file, so there is no
point in applying it.

Action: Supply a backup set that can be applied and retry
the operation.
