Cause: The checkpoint of the target for this incremental
backup is less than the start of the incremental backup. If
this backup were applied, then any changes made between the
datafile checkpoint and the start of the incremental backup
could be lost.

Action: Supply a backup set that can be applied and retry
the operation.
