Cause: A request was made to skip a parallel DML child
transaction id. This`is not supported.

Action: Using the DBMS_LOGSTDBY.UNSKIP_TRANSACTION
procedure, remove the child transaction id, then specify the
parent transaction id using DBMS_LOGSTDBY.SKIP_TRANSACTION
if appropriate.
