Cause: After activation of a standby database following a
terminal recovery (recovery of standby using current logs),
recovery of a datafile from before the activation must have
completed the same terminal recovery to avoid corruption.
Action: A backup of the datafile taken after the terminal
recovery and before activating the standby must be used for
recovery.
