ORA-16056: backup control file archival requires proper syntax

Cause: An attempt was made to perform an online log file
archival using a backup control file. However, the USING
BACKUP CONTROLFILE syntax was not specified.
Action: If the archival operation is correct when using a
backup control file, then the USING BACKUP CONTROLFILE
syntax is required.
