ORA-16040: standby destination archive log file is locked

Cause: The target standby destination archive log file is
currently locked. This indicates that the file is being
archived to by another Remote File Server (RFS) process.
Action: Check for and eliminate duplicate standby
destination archive log service names defined for the
primary database.
