Cause: An attempt was made to change the
LOG_ARCHIVE_MIN_SUCCEED_DEST parameter when there are no
archive log destinations.
Action: Define one or more log archive destinations using
parameters LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST, LOG_ARCHIVE_DUPLEX_DEST, or
LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n (n = 1...10). Then, change the value of
parameter LOG_ARCHIVE_MIN_SUCCEED_DEST.
