ORA-15123: ASM file name 'string' contains an invalid
incarnation number

Cause: A numeric file name was specified which did not
contain a valid ASM incarnation number. The ASM incarnation
number follows immediately after the ASM file number. It
must be preceeded by a '.' character, and contain only
numeric characters.
Action: Correct the file name specification.
