ORA-15120: ASM file name 'string' does not begin with the
ASM prefix character

Cause: A file name was specified to ASM which did not begin
with the ASM prefix character (currently '+'). ASM uses the
prefix to determine that a file specification is in fact an
ASM file.
Action: Correct the file name specification.
