Cause: When exchanging a partitioned table with a composite
partition the type and size of the partitioning columns of
the table must match the type and size of the
subpartitioning columns of the composite partition.

Action: Ensure that the type and size of the partitioning
columns of the partitioned is the same as the type and size
of the subpartitioning columns of the composite partition.
