Cause: User specified INITRANS, MAXTRANS, STORAGE, PCTFREE,
PCTUSED, and/or [NO]LOGGING option to a Hash partition via
ALTER TABLE ADD/MOVE PARTITION command which is illegal.
Only TABLESPACE may be specified.
Action: Remove invalid option(s)
