Cause: An option other than PCTFREE, PCTUSED, INITRANS,
MAXTRANS, STORAGE, BACKUP, ALLOCATE EXTENT, or DEALLOCATE
UNUSED was specified in an ALTER TABLE MODIFY PARTITION
statement for a Range or Composite Range partition.
Action: Specify only legal options.
