Cause: Too many subLayers were defined for the GeoRaster
object, or layerNumber or layerDimensionOrdinate was not
assigned correctly.

Action: The total number of logical layers cannot exceed the
total number of physical layers, and each logical layer must
be assigned a valid physical layer number following the same
order. Check the documentation for more details.
