ORA-13293: cannot specify unit for geometry without a

Cause: An Oracle Spatial function with a UNIT parameter was
called on a geometry without a georeferenced SRID.
Action: Make sure that spatial functions with UNIT
parameters are only called on geometries with georeferenced
SRIDs.
