Cause: There is an invalid SDO_GTYPE in the SDO_GEOMETRY object.
Action: Verify that the geometries have valid gtypes.

Cause: There are more than one SDO_ETYPE=2 elements in the ELEM_INFO array without a grouping SDO_ETYPE=4
Action: Hard to say - SDO_UTIL.SIMPLIFY() seems to truncate back to valid, but no guarantee you didn't lose data.
