ORA-00294: invalid archivelog format specifier 'string'

Cause: An invalid format specifier was found in the
LOG_ARCHIVE_FORMAT initialization parameter. The only
characters permitted following the % symbol are s, S, t, and T.
Action: Correct the initialization file and re-start the
instance.
