Why is my excel spreadsheet greyed out?
Answer / Rajendra Kumar
If your Excel spreadsheet is greyed out, it might be protected or read-only. To unprotect the worksheet, click on the 'Review' tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen, then click on 'Unprotect Sheet'. If you don't see the 'Unprotect Sheet' option, the worksheet may not be protected but is in a read-only state. To change this, save the workbook to a new location, or open it using Excel with administrator privileges.
