To insert two horizontal lines in Word, follow these steps:
1. Type a space where you want the first line.
2. Go to 'Insert' tab on the ribbon.
3. In the Symbols group, click 'Symbol' and select 'More Symbols'.
4. Find the horizontal line symbol (—) in the Special Characters list, and double-click it to insert.
5. Repeat step 1 and step 2, and then insert the second horizontal line.
