To unhide all hidden cells in Excel, go to the 'Formulas' tab on the ribbon at the top of the screen. Click on 'Function Library', then choose 'Name Manager'. In the Name Manager dialog box, select the 'Filter' dropdown menu at the top and choose 'Show Hidden Names'. After that, click 'Close'. Then, go to 'View' tab and uncheck 'Hidden Cells' and 'Hidden Rows'.
