To edit a template in Microsoft Word 2016, follow these steps:
1. Open the File Explorer and navigate to the Templates folder (C:Users<username>AppDataRoamingMicrosoftTemplates).
2. Locate the template you want to edit.
3. Right-click on the template, select Copy, navigate back to a new location, right-click, select Paste, and rename the copied file with a new name.
4. Open the newly created template in Microsoft Word 2016.
5. Make your changes.
