To add a row to a table in Word 2007, select the row below where you want to add a new row, then click on 'Table' > 'Layout Options' from the menu. In the dialog box that appears, adjust the number of rows and columns as needed by changing the values in the 'Rows' and 'Columns' boxes, and then click 'OK'.
