To remove shading from text or a table in Microsoft Word 2013, follow these steps: 1. Select the shaded text or object. 2. Go to the Home tab. 3. In the Paragraph group, click on Shading. A drop-down menu will appear with no shading option at the top. Simply select it to remove the shading.
