To autofill in Excel using the keyboard, follow these steps:
1. Enter the first value you want to fill.
2. Select the cell containing this value.
3. Press and hold 'Ctrl' key.
4. Press 'Shift' + 'Down Arrow' (or 'Up Arrow', 'Right Arrow', or 'Left Arrow') to fill in the desired direction.
5. Release all keys.
