To flip an axis in Excel 2016, follow these steps:
1. Click on the chart that you want to modify.
2. Go to the 'Chart Tools' tab and click on 'Design'.
3. In the 'Axis' group, click on 'Axis' (it looks like a small square) and choose 'Format Axis'.
4. Select the axis you want to flip.
5. Go to the 'Scale' tab and check the box that says 'Axis crosses at maximum value'. If you are flipping the vertical axis, make sure the minimum is set to the maximum value, and vice versa.
