Answer / Gautam Kumar Singh
To limit or set a maximum or minimum value for cells in Excel, you can use the Data Validation feature. Here's how:
1. Select the cell(s) you want to limit.
2. Go to the 'Data' tab and click on 'Data Validation'.
3. In the Data Validation dialog box, select the 'Data' dropdown menu and choose 'Custom'
4. In the input field, type in your desired formula: for maximum value use `=*[maximum_value]`, for minimum value use `=*[minimum_value]`.
5. Click OK to apply the changes.
