What is a story point in scrum? How do you calculate it?
Answer / Shamshad Husain
A Story Point is a measure of work effort, complexity, and uncertainty involved in implementing a User Story. It's not a measure of time or task duration. Calculating Story Points typically involves Planning Poker sessions where team members estimate the effort required based on relative sizes (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, etc.).
