"To create a macro in MS Excel, follow these steps:
1. Press Alt + F11 to open VBA editor.
2. Insert a new module or subroutine by clicking "Insert" > "Module".
3. Write your code in the VBA editor and save it.
4. Close the VBA editor and return to Excel, then run the macro from the Developer tab (enable it first) or by using the Run button on the Macro dialog box."
