Inserting audio files into a Word document is not natively supported. However, you can link or embed audio files using an Online Media Object (requires an Office 365 subscription). Here's how:
1. Click where you want to insert the audio.
2. Go to Insert > Online Pictures.
3. Search for your audio file and click on it.
4. Choose 'Embed or Link' as per your preference.
