In Mumbai, Maharashtra, you are required to prepare a Sales Invoice for the goods sold. For inter-state sales, you would use Form GST INV-1 (Supplies of Goods). As for the Sales Tax form, since it's an intra-state transaction within Maharashtra, there is no need for a separate Sales Tax form as GST has replaced it.
