163.8 bags of cement required. as follows;
2600 x 0.42 = 1092 cft
0.15 bag use in 1-cft so
1092 x 0.15 = 163.8 bags used in 1092 cft volume.

is it fair to recruit another prestressing agency once earlier agency has provided guide cone for post stressing the Concrete -I girders?
