Recruitment is the process of attracting applicants to
apply for job according to the requirement of the
company.The initial stage of recruitment is to make the
applicants aware about the particular openings through
different sources of approach.Recruitment starts with the
sources like job portals,colleges,agencies etc.Unethical
but another approach is Head-hunting.
