Generally in d.c. circuits the direction of current is from
possitive to negative.In a.c.circuits what is the direction
fo current flow

In AC we have positive half cycle and negative half cycle,
that means in positive cycle period current flows out from
phase, and in negative half cycle current flows into phase.
