Before the project goes live, consultants normally create
various cycles in the system for required business
processes, test it and document the steps required to
complete the entire cycle and get the desired results.
Such a document is known as end-user training Document
which is created in specific templates.
It is very essential for the success of any project that
the master data maintenance and steps for carrying out the
transactions be explained to the users of the system. This
is done through formal training programs known as End-User
trainings.

generaly we provide training to core users, but some clients will demand for end user training also.
1. based on the role of the end user we prapare user docs
ex if user role is to create orders we prepare relavant docs for order processing, like wise for deliveries, billing and master data maintainance
2 core user will intimate endusers the meeting time and place
3. we run the transactions in development server one by one i.e how to create master data, how to create order, delivery, bllling etc
4. depends on the number of endusers the training period varies.( max for 10-14 days)
5. then we handover the printouts to the core user with detailed transaction flows

How can we configure that an Invoice is printed from a local printer of a company's sales office and at the same time an email be send to the customer's e-mail account? How to configure this?

hi, i have one problem wen i'm practising...we were creating sales order in std doc type OR. the material has mrp type std ND(noMRP) and item category TAN which was assigned to scheduleline category CN (NO CHECK). wat happened is the system automatically propse the material availability date as 31.12.2008, eventhough i havent configured availability check. so tht i cant make delivery for this order.... i ve tried many time with diff customer...but the same error was happened....can u pls tell me y it is happened?
