STMS is the t-code for configuring the TMS.
1.first you need to configure domain and u need to add
other system to domain controller system.

Hi all,
If its a fresh configuration of TMS, decide which system in
your landscape you want to make as a domain controller
(Usually, Quality or Production) then call Tcode SE06 for
Post Installation Actions, after this call Tcode STMS and
specify SID,DOMAIN_SID click on save button.
Later on If you want to add another system in your transport
domain, you have to follow same steps and additionally have
to confirm the system.

Hi,
To configure TMS the T Code is SE06 and STMS these are the
2 T Codes with which one can configure TMS and to Import
the same the T Code is STMS_Import.
