Hi,
Print request is the request that is given by the end user
and it mainly contains data which user wants to print.

Spool request contains information regarding Printer and is
also responsible for the fomatting of the data which is
going for printing. It is stored in Spool Database.Data is
also stored in the Spool database but it is stored under
TemSE(Temporal sequential object ) area.

When spool request is processed by spool work process it is
converted in to output reqest and is passed to host spool
system

Hi,
Spool,Output and print Request refer to one that is print
in the form of output here in SAP spool is a workprocess
which handles print job and gives it in the form of output
in the form file extension (i.e: word,excel,jpeg etc).
Spool contains at least 4 characters when we configure in
SAP Application Server.

Dear Community Members, Could you please help me in solving a urgent problem ? Below is details:- On client side working on SAP GUI print setting in Billing printed copy are problematic...( The problem regarding the improper arrangement of Numerical figures in Excise Invoices )....for your knowledge for easying the problem solution:- 1. from other system when print given the print is ok 2. there is no problem in printer 3. Also reinstalled SAP GUI but of no use As per me, final solution will be re-install the windows ? any other efficient solutions to the problem ?
