hi all i am an enginering graduate curently working with a
ps u in nontechnical department and wish to change to a
techinical department ,got thru open written test, going to
appear for the personal interview.could be pls give the best
reply for the question "WHY DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE YOUR
CURRENT JOB AND JOIN US"?In my cast my current and future
employer going to be same.

It is simple. Just tell them that your background is from
technical side and working in non-technical only gives you
some satisfaction of working and switching over to
technical department gives you a wide room to give the good
exposure to your knowledge and also gives your work
satisfaction to full extent. There you can have KT
(Knowledge Transfer) which will give you a touch to enhance
your working knowledge and also gives you a wide scope for
better opportunities in your selected technical field. The
academics I persued has to be fully accomplished only when
we give the right thing at the right place.
Hope this will give you good chance of getting into your
desired field.
