Cause: During ALTER of a index-organized table, the user
attempted to enter one or more of the following options:
TABLESPACE, ALLOCATE/DEALLOCATE EXTENT, PCTFREE/PCTUSED for
IOT top index segment
Action: Remove the illegal option(s).
