Priority is the importance of defect wrt customer
requirment.

priority: priority depends on the severity of a bug. If the
bug is a showstopper, it will be given the highest
priority...likewise priority decreases with the severity...
showstopper has to be fixed within 2hrs...critical within
4hrs...major within 8hr s and it goes on...

What do you mean to CAPA?
Can someone give checklist to test the performance of application. This checklist to be provided in the Test Plan that the following will be tested, e.g. 1. n users will be tested to test the load 2.
