Electrical is a mother branch whereas electronics(and many
other branches) is derived from that mother branch.
Electronics deals with active and passive components to
control the voltage or current or frequency whereas
Electrical generally make use of passive components only.

electrical engineering is the study of current thru
conducutors and also deals with high voltage.
electronics engineering is the study of current flowing
thru semiconductors and also deals with low voltage.

in electrical there is requirement of a medium for flow of
current/electrons but in electronics we don't bother about
the medium.
for example- on CRO or television screen there is movement
of electron through vacuume tube by which we are able to
see the pictures on screen. that is why these instrument
comes under electronics
but there is stabiliser which is used to regulate TV. ,is a
electrical device.because there is movement of electrons
via wire, a medium.
take another EX-you all know that there is vacuum inside
the tubelight and there is movement of electron by which
light is produced ,that comes under electronics.but the
current which is reaching to the tube via wire, is studied
under electrical.

Electricity is the flow of electrical power or charge. It is
a secondary energy source which means that we get it from
the conversion of other sources of energy, like coal,
natural gas, oil, nuclear power and other natural sources,
which are called primary sources.
Electronics is used for electronic components, integrated
circuits, and electrical systems. Main areas of usage are
modern information technology and telecommunications, tools
for recording and playing sound and picture, sensors and
steering systems, instrumentation and measurement devices.

electrical refers to studying of electrons behaviour in the
presence of electric and magnetic fields(amperes law,
faraday's law, lenz law)and applying the same to
manufacturization of big machines(ex washing machines,
motors)where we use ac.
electronics is the wisdom of applying the properties of
electrons of components(such as capacitor, inductor,
resistor, transistors which made up of semeconductors)and to
manufacture the electronic devices(amplifiers,
oscillators,ICs,processors)where we use dc.
so we can say that electronics is the one of the
application of electrical.
