You have mixed many items. Definitely there are aging
effect. As in case of orifice, its internal bore may get
deshape, dent, or pitting. So the same on other items.
Manifolds get start leaking, tranmitter with the passage of
time, may get hunting due to its aging of components.

Generally in which location ( JB or IO card or DCS) the thermocouple compensation is done.Also where they measure the atmosphere temp ( for compensation) in JB OR DCS panel? How they compensating that atmosphere temp? is any circuit for that ( like in rtd wheatstone bridge)?

My question may be very basic or childish but this question still persists in me, someone plz help me 1.why do we go for differential equations to analyze a system? 2.why do we solve it using matrices, is there any specific reason for using matrices other than the stories like it is simple,faster etc.
