1.a company preapre balance sheet as per company act while
bank preapre balance sheet as per banking regulation act
2. a company makes provision for doubtful debts on own
presumption while banks makes provision for doubtful debts
as per the rules & nomes given by banking act
3.a company can not get deduction on provision for doubtful
debts in the income tax act while banks are eligile for
deduction

and company is a profit motive it is going give a product
but banks are not going to give a product physically they
are going to provide service
