Who columns are columns which give database infomation
CREATED_BY
CREATION_DATE
LAST_UPDATE_DATE
LAST_UPDATED_BY
LAST_UPDATE_LOGIN
There is standard packaged procedure in Template.fmb which
sets values to these columns. fnd_standard.set_who.
