Bro..through your code u can obtain the Total numbers of 
rows in your Table.

For getting Total Columns i will use this:

SELECT Count(*)As Coloumns 
FROM Sys.SysColumns
Where ID = 
(SELECT ID FROM Sys.SysObjects Where Name = 'YourTableName')
